RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Effective August 12 2025
Digital Product Returns Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been successfully delivered and downloaded. Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense as they cannot be physically retrieved once accessed.
Refund Eligibility We offer refunds for digital products only in the following circumstances:
Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchase
Duplicate purchases made in error
Products that are significantly different from their description
Defective or corrupted files that cannot be resolved through technical support
Refund Timeframe
Canadian customers: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund
Other international customers: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Custom or personalized digital products are non-refundable
Products that have been successfully downloaded and accessed are generally non-refundable unless they meet the eligibility criteria above
