Digitalkg provides digital products and services including but not limited to digital downloads, software, digital content, and related services.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSES

- All digital products are licensed, not sold, to you

- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content

- You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital products with others

- Products are for personal or single commercial use unless otherwise specified

4. PAYMENT TERMS

- Prices are displayed in your local currency or as otherwise indicated

- Payment is required before access to digital products

- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed

- All sales are final except as outlined in our Return Policy

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All digital content remains the property of Digitalkg or its licensors

- You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works

- Copyright and trademark notices must remain intact

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

- Provide accurate account and payment information

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Use products in compliance with applicable laws

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

- Share login credentials or downloaded content

- Use products for illegal purposes

- Attempt to circumvent security measures

- Violate intellectual property rights

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
